Centralis Home Care

Centralis Home Care is a privately owned Australian company having commenced trading in December 2015. Originally providing in home care and support to the elderly, Centralis Home Care continues our expansion of our care and support to other community members and expanding the areas in Sydney that we operate.

Centralis Home Care work with many other providers in the care industry whom we view as peers – not competitors. We choose to work closely with our industry peers as we believe that collaboration is the key to ensuring that the client receives the best support. This allows us to focus on delivering care via our team of dedicated care workers.

Centralis Home Care work with many families who engage us to support their family and access our knowledge of the care industry.

Centralis is a Latin word meaning “central” or in the “middle”.

That’s how we operate. We are your resource point for all your care needs with you being central to all we do.

The most important members of our team are our team of more than 40+ care workers who provide 24/7 care to our clients.

Our team of care workers consist of male and female care workers some with specific language skills for our Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) clients.

Our team consists of workers offering a diverse range of specialised experience in the following areas:

  • Mental Health
  • Disability
  • Aged care
  • Dementia care
